EYES ON NY
Eyes On Broadway | Eyes on the World is a New York City optometry chain that hadn’t updated their website in 10 years. They had outdated images, broken links, and limited information. There was no search engine optimization, and the site was very slow.
I managed a complete redesign and implemented the changes using the WordPress CMS. I wrote copy, selected images from stock sources and the client’s photographer, updated software, and optimized content for search. I also created their first eye exam booking form. The new site increased eye exam requests by 15%.

FINANCIAL SERVICES
As a writer and content strategist for credit card issuers and large insurance companies, I conducted keyword research, selected content topics, wrote articles, created content briefs for writers, and edited articles. The result was an improvement in ranking for important keywords and an increase in accounts opened.
MIMECAST
My work for this B2B SaaS cybersecurity company included increasing brand awareness. I wrote newsworthy articles that were released on PR Newswire and picked up by third-party publications, generating backlinks to Mimecast’s website.
GRAND CENTRAL PHYSICAL THERAPY
My work for Grandcentralpt.net included content strategy, website design, photography, writing, editing, video production and social media management. Many new patients have mentioned that the site’s content influenced their decision to choose this practice. The website redesign and content strategy drove a 20% increase in revenue.
FRIENDS OF ROOSEVELT PARK
I created the first website for Friends of Roosevelt Park, a nonprofit organization that supports Theodore Roosevelt Park. I provided website design, photography, writing, video production and social media management. The website drew many new people to the park, and brought in the group’s first online donations.
